Jieli Huabao announced that on November 10, 2025 it plans to issue a total of 70 million shares for subscription, representing approximately 9.33% of the company’s expanded total number of outstanding shares, once all allotments and new share issuances are completed under the terms of the offering. The offer price is HK$1.33 per share, representing a discount of approximately 14.19% compared to the closing price of HK$1.55 per share on November 10. Assuming all Offered Shares are fully subscribed and issued, the gross proceeds from the Offering are estimated to be H$93.1 million.ng Kong and the net proceeds from the Offering are estimated to be approximately HK$92.02 million.
